Then I thought I saw a bear, but bears are supposed to hibernate this time of year (aside from the fact that bears are not native to Atlantic City).

Turns out it wasn't a bear.  It was Michael Shults (Watchung, NJ).  He's sporting most of some kind of furry critter on his head today, keeping himself warm.
