It was nice meeting Manny Jannes who played an excellent tournament. He was the chip leader from time to time and held his own at the final table against some of Poker's toughest competition.
The Banker from Long Island gives a special thanks and hello to his wife Maria and twins Cosmos & Emily. Dad did great tonight and is putting $20,297 into the Jannes vault.
Today's payday represents Manny's largest Borgata cash.
"This was an unbelievable tournament" said Jannes who's been playing poker on and off for 5 years.
His exit hand in Event 5 came against poker celebrity Steve Dannenmann. Steve held A-Q and Manny had A-10. As the cards peeled off Manny was shouting out to the Poker Gods for a ten...alas this time it failed to fall.
