With that monster pot, Mike zoomed up to 700,000.
He was the tournament chip leader for about two minutes. Mike looked down at AQ, and decided not to raise pre-flop. This let Nicholas Palma (Bronx, NY) into the pot with 6-9.
Queen on the flop along with a straight draw for Palma. Palma got there on the turn and took down 130,000 off of Mike.
Nicholas Palma has 680,000 and Mike Esposito has 570,000.
