Lawrence DiCristina - Vindication
Thanks to Lawrence DiCristina the debate over whether poker is a game of chance or skill has been settled law (at least for now).
In August 2012 DiCristina was vindicated over charges he was illegally running a poker room in NY.
With the charges being dropped based on poker being a game of skill, Lawrence just got back from a family vaction / poker trip to the Bahamas where he played in the PokerStars Carribean Adventures.
Fresh off of that trip, he's now at Borgata to mix it up in this series.
Lawrence has been called an "Anonymous Hero" for the fight he's endured on behalf of poker and the poker community. For all the home game, weekend warriors out there, we thank you!
Currently he's short stack, looking to survive the bubble and make some moves.
