Event 19: 9th Place - Freedman

$350 + $50 Deep Stack No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

Wendy Freedman tripled up in the big blind holding 3-5 off.  She shoved her short stack all in and was up against Mike Tauman's QQ.

When the dust settled, Wendy filled her gaps and ended up with a straight.

She folded a few more orbits - taking a hit when her A-10 lost to a set of deuces.

The last hand was epic.  Wendy was all in again, this time holding Q♣ J♣.

Robert Midgett (Long Island) called, as did the other female at the table, Diana Shamshoum (Montreal).

Midgett jams the flop of 9♣ 7♣ 9♠ sending Diana into a tank.  She tanked so long she actually called a clock on herself.  As time was winding down, she said, "I've been playing for 24 hours...I call".

She tabled A♣ 5♣ and Robert flipped 10♦ 9♥.
