Rapoport Rakes In $3,000 Bonus
The rumors are true and the 700k+ stack belongs to Jack Rapoport (Brooklyn, NY).
Rapoport used quad 7s twice to build his stack in the Poker Room to finish as Day 1B chip leader with 755k, earning himself the $3,000 bonus.
"You guys said I needed a hat before you'd take my picture," Rapoport jokes, in reference to this picture we took earlier in the day.
Rapoport decided a lot of chips were better than a goofy looking hat and is now in position to make a run at the Event 1 title.
I was one of those quad 7 victims. Ughhhhh
