Championship: Still Hand-for-Hand

Since the difference between 101st place and 100th place is $6,637, no one wants to bust out and be the bubble boy. 

In hand-for-hand play, all tables play one hand and stop until all tables have completed the hand.

If no one busts out, then they do it all over again.

Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

Until someone busts out.
