$260 + $40 Deep Stack No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

Another big guarantee on today's first main event.  The $100,000 guarantee should bring them out in droves.

87 tables are set up in the Event Center (three tables needed for day twos from yesterday).

Tables 88+ are down in the Poker Room.

Players began with a deep stack of 25,000 chips.

Levels are 30 minutes long.  This is a re-entry event, so players who bust out during the first eight levels may choose to re-enter as many times as they like.

Late registration is also available until the end of level eight (about 3:30pm).

Level 1:  Blinds 25/50.

Cards are in the air!

Event 11: 7th Place - Edwards

$400 + $50  Six-Max No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

Luke Edwards - (Mansfield, OH)
$4,439

Luke is the final table bubble boy since the 6-max FT has 7 Players.

Luke's QJ ran into AA of Elish Patel.  Both gentlemen were all in pre-flop.

Board ran clean sending Luke home with a Borgata payday of $4,439.

Not bad for one day's worth of mucking and grinding.

Event 11: 8th Place - Citrenbaum

$400 + $50  Six-Max No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

Ron Citrenbaum - (Brigantine, NJ)
$3,052

The dream is over for Ron Citrenbaum who flopped top pair with a great kicker only to run into William Bariban who flopped a set of eights.

Ron A-Q vs. William 8-8

Board: A-8-9-2-Q

Queen hits the river just to rub it in, giving Ron top two pair.

Look for Ron to play the 1K 6-max and possibly the Championship.

14 Players are left in Event 12.

Play will end at 2am then start up again tomorrow (later today) at 1pm.

Currently limits are 3000 / 6000 with 500 antes.

A parting tweet from Miami John...

Horse ended miserably for me, 2345 all heats turned into a pair of river fours vs a 39JK board who chased me to make river sixes. 35th pl

Event 11: More Six-Maxed Out

$400 + $50  Six-Max No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

More Gone
11 - Mike "Little Man" Sica (N. Brunswick, NJ) - $1,387

Event 11: Rags Bagged

$400 + $50  Six-Max No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

"Rags" Thiagarajah - 9th Place - $1,665

Rags had K-10 and was up against monster stack of William Bariban who had K-Q.

Both hit their man but Bariban hit a third Queen for the knock-out punch.

Event 11: Moose On The Loose

$400 + $50  Six-Max No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

James "Moose" Weatherman - (Bend, OR)
10th Place - $1,387

The pilot (for a major airlines) will fly away with $1,387 for his 10th Place finish.

Final forecast for Weatherman: A-9 vs. Pahuja's 6-6.  Moose lost the flip and his short stack.

"Hi to my poker family at Rivals" said Weatherman as he exited.
